Scrappy Moms Sneak #2 - You blow me away!

Happy Sunday!  Today I have me 2nd project of our SMS October release to show you...

I couldn't decide if I wanted to use a Blowpop lolli or Blowpop Minis ...so I used them both!  :)

I used the little girl from Sugar and Spice and just cut her head. The popped bubble is an old punch from my stash.  The topper on the bag of Minis is from Lacy Labels and I welded a rectangle and triangles on my Gypsy to make the banners.  The lollipop holder is a new toy from MFT - I looped twine from the front to the back to tie the sides together, the pink circle is glued over the twine so you don't see it. Lastly, I used a stamp from our new Candy Grams set...

This set was created to use on candy themed project - they are perfect for treat bags and boxes as well as cards, scrapbooks etc.  :)

The rest of the Scrappy Moms Stamps DT, including our October Guest Designer, Jessica from Passion4Crafting,  will be showcasing new projects made with both new stamp set this month - Candy Grams and Merry & Bright.  :)

Introducing - Candy Grams and Merry and Bright!

Happy Friday everyone!!

Today I have my 1st project for the Scrappy Moms Stamps October stamp release...

I used a french script background stamp for the back layer, then printed this image on white cardstock for the make layer. I added just a few touches of Diamond Stickles on the trees and lamp posts and red ribbon to add color.  A stamp from our new Merry and Bright set finishes my card.  Here is the full Merry and Bright set...

Here is the second set we are releasing this month...

Both Candy Grams and Merry and Bright are in stock and ready to ship!  The whole Scrappy Moms Stamps Design Team, including our October Guest Designer - Jessica from Passion4Crafting,  will have new projects all this week so please stop by!

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Silhouette Shapes

Happy Tuesday!  :)

Today I am posting my silhouette TTC project...

I found a cute shape on line an made it into a single layer silhouette shape.  I didn't like how it looked open so I backed all the different elements with small pieces of colored card stock - that really made it stand out!  The doily shape is one of my MANY new toys from My Favorite Things.  I added some colored jute w/a button and a sentiment from Scrappy Moms Stamps Ice Cream Social set to complete my birthday card.  (Did I mention I need to make a ton of birthday cards as I never seem to have one when I need it? LOL)

I hope that you liked my card for today and that you will come link up your silhouette project for a chance to win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice!  :)

Scrappy Moms Stamps Sneak #4 - Ready, Set, Glow!

Howdy!  This is my last project for this SMS release and I'm back with a project from Love at First Bite...

I made this little card as a hold for a cute flashing necklace for Trick or Treating.  I actually used (heat embossed with white embossing powder) 2 stamps on this project, "Ready, Set, Glow" at the top and "Hooray, it's Halloween Time!" at the bottom.

I put the cord from the necklace in this little zip close bag adhered to the back of the card.  :)

Here is a picture of the full Love at First Bite set...

Thank you for stopping by to peek at my latest project - I hope you enjoyed it!

Have a wonderful day!

Scrappy Moms Sneak Peek - #3 Love Birds

I am so excited to share this card with you today!   I love how it turned out...

I used the "Top Note" shape from Lacy Labels for the sky.  The sweet birdie couple, branch and hearts are a file from Miss Kate's Cuttlebles.  I used the small and medium Fiskars cloud punches for the clouds.  The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps new Wedded Bliss stamp set ...

I hope you liked my little card - I just think it turned out so cute!  :)

I will have another project for you tomorrow with our other stamp set released this month - Love at First Bite.

Teriffic Tuesday Challenge - True Friendship

Hello, everyone!

Today's TTC is a friendship theme - what says friendship more than coffee and good conversation?

I found these cute little craft bags at Joann's and knew they would be a perfect gift card holder.  See the little blue poking up at the top - it's an Einstein Bros gift card.  :)

The cute little bow is made from the MFT Beautiful Bow Die - it makes a big  and little bow and they are bow adorable.  The coffee cups are from Love You a Latte and cute itty-bitty - the tiny face is the PKS Princess faces stamp.  I made the cream background paper using the "Coffee?" stamp from our Freshly Brewed stamp set and then white heat embossed "Let's dish the DIRT" from Flower Power.

I hope you liked my little gift card holder and that you will come link up your friendship themed project for a chance to win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice.  :)
