I was so excited when Joanna asked me to help celebrate her birthday month and blogaversary in the blog hop - THANKS JOANNA! :)
I have a layout to show you today. This is my oldest daughter's 9th birthday party...
All of the icons on the bottom are cut from Slumber Party, the "Top Note" is cut from Gypsy Wanderings, and the title is cut from Cursive 101 and welded on my Gypsy. I used a heart and butterfly icon stamp and Versamark ink to make watermark images on the left and right top sections of the layout - if you look hard you can see them. I'm not sure I like them - I pictured it differently but it's done! LOL (Please excuse the bad pictures - I was trying to finish this post while we have family visiting and didn't have time to do a lot of prep work.)

Very cute! I was 9 when I finally got to have my ears pierced also, and I can't wait to have my little girl grow up and want to do girly things. This layout turned out really cute, and I like the way you added stamping on the page. that isn't something I normally think of when I think of scrapbook pages, but I like the look of it here.

What a cute LO. My favorite new years eve memory was this year. I got to spend the night with all 3 of my boys and they asked every 5 mins if it was my bday yet. They are so cute.

Cute layout. It looks like the girls had a fabulous time. I know I would have!! I think my favorite memory was when I lived in Hawaii, we went to Waikiki for New Years Eve. This is such a cute layout! I have four nieces so I may have to buy this cartridge for them! I don't usually do much on New Year's Eve but this year a group of us went to my parent's house on Cape Cod to ring in the New Year! It was a great weekend!

super cute layout! hmm.. a memory from new years... I don't have one from my adult life, because I have worked every new years for the last 8 years.. (since I was 18) - so here is a childhood one.. i remember staying up late with my mom, and we would make cookies and play games until the clock struck 12, then we would have a mini picnic in the living room while watching all the new years stuff on tv. :)

I love the layout!!!! (Makes me want to plan a spa slumber party just to do a sbpage about it! LOL) My favorite NYE memory was one year my hubby and I decided to start a tradition of staying home, as a family, and praying in the New Year...it was so awesome and peaceful...now, even with 5 kiddos, we still manage to pray, even if it is a quick thank you for the past year and asking for a blessing on the next!

I Love the layout and miss the times like that with my daughter - all grown up! My favorite NYE memory is going outside with my kids when they were younger and banging pan lids and yelling Happy New Year! They thought it was so fun!
