Here's what you need -
Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies
Hersey's Kisses
Icing - Mine was orange/yellow stipped but any Halloween-ish color will do.
That's it! You turn the cookies upside down and use the icing to adhere an unwrapped Kiss to the cookie. Voila! A super cute and yummy Witches Hat!

FAB idea, Mel! Wish I would have seen this before my big Halloween bash last weekend! These are GREAT!
