I just had to use this little guy from Create-a-Critter! I've been dying to use him and just couldn't figure out what kind of card he fits with... Then it came to me - HALLOWEEN! He comes this his own mask and everything. LOL

My SIL's birthday was this weekend and I made this card for her...

I wanted it to be feminine but not cutesy - I hope it came out that way! The butterfly is from Graphically Speaking and the flowers are from Forever Young. The tag is from Once Upon a Princess and modified slightly on the DS. "Happy Birthday" is from Scrappy Moms Stamps - Everyday Greetings .

I created a "SUMMER" word book using the Design Studio and my BRAND NEW Bind-It-All. :) Here are all the pages...







The letters are from Life's a Beach, the sun is from Doodlecharms, and the "2010" is from Songbird. I used George and Basic shapes for the rectangles and Once Upon a Princess for the tags. The sentiments are from two Scrappy Moms Stamps sets - Sweet Somethings and The Charmed Life.

Sorry I have been MIA for a while! School started this week and it's been crazy! :)

I made this QUICK card to show you today....


I used the Moroccan Screeen and Distressed lines Cuttlebug folders for the embossing. The yellow tag is from Song Bird, modified on the DS. The cute flower is a design I found on a wonderful blog called My Favorite Things by Dawn McVey. She is such a creative crafter, here is the LINK to the tutorial on how to make this flower. I also used a Die Cut lace tag by Martha Stewart Crafts under the flower. I thought about inking the tag but decided to just leave it white for more contrast. :)

Oh, the sentiment is the 1st sneak peek of one of our new stamp set by Scrappy Moms Stamps! The Design Team will have more projects to show you next week, so stay tuned. :)

Three special request cards - LOL!

So we gave my dad his sailboat card and he liked it so much he asked me to make one that he can give my brother for his birthday. My brother actually live on a sailboat in San Diego - must be nice, huh? :)

He also asked for a card for a friend's grandson and one of her niece (she has 2 dachshunds - luckily, I have the Paisley cart!). I think they turned out pretty good for an overnight order. :)





I used the sailboat from Life's a Beach, the compass from Graphically Speaking, the cake from Sweet Treats, the dog from Paisley, and the tag is from Once Upon a Princess. Thanks for taking a peek! :)

Grandpa's Birthday Card :)

My dad's birthday is this week and the kiddo's and I decided to make him a sailboat card - thanks for the inspiration Joanna!


The sailboat (cut at 3.25") and waves (cut at 4" fit to length) are from Life's a Beach and the tag is from Once Upon a Princess. "Grandpa" is from For The Boys stamp set by Scrappy Moms Stamps.

Now, we just need to figure out what to get for a gift - LOL. :)
