Miss Kate Cuttables DT Day!

Hello everyone!  Today is my last post for the MCK DT - I'm so sad, I had a wonderful time on the team!  Here is my final project, I hope you all like it...

I used 2 different MKC files to make this card - Mustache Mania and My New Glasses. I embossed the white layer and added a sentiment from Scrappy Moms Stamps new Man Cave stamp set.  I just love how simple but cute it turned out.  I never seem to have masculine cards!

Here is a photo that shows the embossing...

And here is the full Man Cave stamp set...

Thank you so much for visiting today - be sure to visit the MKC blog everyday for new projects from the new fabulous DT!

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Let's Go Nuts!

Thank you so much for stopping by to see my TTC project for the week!

I decided to make a little tag - I thought it would be cute for a baby gift.  I used the peanut from Create a Critter and added a little tag.  I didn't want to use the hat so I just cut it off of the shadow layer.  I used my one of my favorite PKS for the face - Sweet on You Faces.  For my sentiment I used a stamp from SMS Life's a Circus set...

I hope that you enjoyed my project and that you will join us and link up a project for a chance to win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice.

Have a great day!

Introducing - Do or Diet! and Merry Kissmas!

Thank you so much for visiting me for my 1st project of our Scrappy Moms Stamps October Release!  :)

I printed this adorable snowman horizontally on white card stock so I could cut and fold it into a card.  I stamped my sentiment from our new Merry Kissmas set, then added some Diamond Stickles to his hat, scarf, nose, and buttons.  I was trying to make it where you could see the Stickles - that's why the card is leaning instead of standing up.  I'm not sure I succeeded but I tried!

Here is the full stamp set that I used on this card...

Here is the 2nd set we are releasing this month...

Our wonderful Scrappy Moms Stamps Design Team, including our October Guest Designer - Jennifer from My Wonderfully Imperfect Life, will have projects all this week using these sets.

Scrappy Moms Sneak Peek #1 - Good Wishes, Little Fishes!

Happy Friday!  I am sharing my 1st project for Scrappy Moms Stamps September release...

I made a couple of these little wall hangings for the 1st grade teachers I support.  I thought they would be cute hanging by the door so the kiddos can see them on the way out.  :)

I printed the background (including the banner shape) and then made my fishes - from Miss Kate Cuttables Cute Fish File -  and stamped the sentiment from our new See You Later Alligator set.  I wanted the fish to really be fun so I added Stickles to their fins and used tiny gems for the eyes and  bubbles.  Unfortunately, you can't see things well in the photo because of the lamination.  (I got to use my Purple Cow laminator, which makes any day a fun day!)  The lamination didn't turn about as well as I hoped since there are several layers of card stock and gem stones - but lamination is a must if it's to last in a classroom.

Here is the full See You Later Alligator set and the other set we are releasing this month, All About Fall...

I hope you enjoyed my project (and I hope my teachers will like them too)!  All of the Scrappy Moms Stamps DT, including out Guest Designer for September - Georgiana from Carson's Creations, will have new projects all with using our new sets.

Have a wonderful day!

Miss Kate Cuttables Design Team Day!

Hello!  Today is my day on the Miss Kate Cuttables blog.  Before I show you my card I want to remind you to go and get your Freebie of the Day!

I used this darling little giraffe cut from Miss Kate Cuttables.  Then I used my Swiss Dots embossing folder and sentiments from Scrappy Moms Stamps What Can I Say? stamp set.  I decided to cut off the paper bow and make a tiny Pink Sorbet twine bow instead - but he's darling either way! :)

I hope you enjoyed my project - thank you for stopping by! {{{ HUGS }}}

Are You Ready For Some Football?

Hi, everyone!  Thank you for stopping by to check out my project for this weeks TTC...

It was so fun to pull out my Teddy Bear Parade cartridge and play!  Since it's Arizona State Sun Devil country around here I decided to put my little guy in maroon and gold.  Go Sun Devils!  :)

I made the foot ball from Sports Mania into a card and then used a medium dots embossing folder to make it look more like real football.  The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps Bear Necessities set ...

I hope you enjoyed my card for today and that you will join us this TTC and link up your football themed project for a chance to win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice.

Miss Kate Cuttables DT Day and Scrappy Moms Stamps Sneak Peek #3

Hi, everyone!  Thank you for stopping by for my Miss Kate Cuttables DT day - before I share my project I want to remind you stop by and get your Freebie of the Day.

For my card today I couldn't wait to use this cute little apple pie cut file...

How cute is that?!  I thought it would be a good idea to use Stickles to make the heat waves, not exactly how I thought it would turn out but such is crafting!  I used a gingham ribbon for a country feel and added a sentiment from our brand new What Can I Say? stamp set.  Here is the full set...

Our Scrappy Moms Stamps DT, including out August Guest Designer - Sukie from Scrappin' Dhilly, will have new projects this week using our 2 new stamp sets.

I hope you enjoyed my little card for today!  Thank you for visiting!
