I made these for my girls teachers (I actually made it for Thanksgiving but I have been saving the project, LOL).  My "Scarecrow Crunch" is a mix of pretzels, Cheese Nips, Animal Crackers, Quaker Oatmeal Squares, and Reese's Pieces.  YUM! :)  My little scarecrow is from Simply Charmed.

Here is the full Top That set ...

Here is the 2nd set we are releasing this week, it's called Made with Love...

Please come back and visit me this week for more projects using these 2 new sets.  :)

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Cuddly Critters

Hello, everyone!

This weeks challenge at Scrappy Moms Stamps is to use a Critter on your project.  Here is mine -

My little sheep is from Country life and the tag is from Lacy Labels.  This is a a super easy card, the sheep is only 2 layers, as is the Santa hat.  I just used two layers of paper for the front of the card and tied a glittery bow.  "Baaa Humbug" is from SMS Christmas Cheer set.  :)

Come link up your critter project for a chance to win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice!

This card is a little late - for some reason my Internet was not working last night and I HATE when I can't get online!  LOL

The little mice are from Create a Critter 2, aren't they cute?  I used my BRAND NEW Chevron embossing folder by Sizzix.  :)   I have had this elastic ribbon from Hobby Lobby FOREVER and finally got to us it!  it was so easy - a strip of Score-tape and done! "Merry Christ-mouse!" is from our new Critter Crazy set - here it is in full...

Thank you for stopping by to visit today - I hope you are having a WONDERFUL week!

Scrappy Moms Stamps Sneak #2 - "Let's be Jolly!" Advent Calender

Happy Veterans Day!  Thank you to all the Veterans out there! My project today is an Advent Calender - the SVG file is from SVG Cuts

Each little door opens and you can put a treat or note inside. The whole box is about 11.5" x 11.5" and cuts out of a 12" x 12" paper.  It's about a inch thick so it will fit most small candies and even a chapstick will fit in the long rectangles like number 15 or 16.  :)

I used my Cuttlebug to emboss some of the door covers - I just love my Cuttlebug!  I use Scrappy Moms Stamps Christmas Cheer to stamp the top of the day 21 tag - it had a large blank area that was just perfect for a stamp.  I also added a small rectangle "sign" to day 25 and stamped it with "Do not open until". also from Christmas Cheer.

Here is the full set -

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit me today - I hope you enjoyed my little project!

Two new Scrappy Moms Stamps sets - Christmas Cheer and Critter Crazy

Thank you so much for stopping by today to see my first project for Scrappy Moms Stamps November release!

Today I used a set from Christmas Cheer for my project...

I used Sugar and Spice for the base and circle and the Nativity is from Lettering Delights.  I welded a half circle to the manger to create the spot for my stamp.  Then I used stickles on the large star and small stars and around the edge of the circle.  It was next to impossible to show the sparkle  - this was the best I could do...

The color is way off - the 1st photo is more accurate, but at least you can see some of the bling!  LOL I tied a gold ribbon thru the top hole to hang it on the tree.  :)

Here is a picture of the full Christmas Cheer set -

Here it the 2nd set  - Critter Crazy -

The SMS Design Team will have new projects for you all this week, please come by and visit often. :)

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Teddy Bear Picnic!

Hello everyone!  Thank you for stopping by to see my project for this week's Terrific Tuesday Challenge.  This week we want to see your bear projects, here's mine...

I used the cute little rock star from Teddy Bear Parade (definitely one of my all time favorite cartridges!).  My daughter's 8th birthday is at the end of the month so I kept her in mind during the project.  Her favorite color is purple - can I just tell you how hard purples are to match?  YUCK

My sweet little bear is on an Action Wobble but I can NEVER remember what settings to put my DSLR on to capture the motions so you'll just have to take my word for it.  She can really ROCK!  :)

I also used some rainbow gems on the purple grid strip and some Stickles on her outfit and bow.  The sentiment is from Scrappy Moms Stamps Hooray for Birthdays stamp set.

I hope you liked my card today and that you will join our Teddy Bear Picnic and link up your bear project!

My kiddos are on fall break and we have been running non-stop with the birthday this weekend, dentist appointment and sneaking in a little fun at the skating rink! :)   I really wanted to do more with this idea but my schedule just kicked my butt.  LOL  This is a thank you packet with some pampering products - just a small token of appreciation.

The tag is from an EK Success punch that I cut in half and the stamp is from SMS Pick of the Patch set.

Please come join us and link up your thankful project

Introducing Pick of the Patch and From the Inside Out!

Hello! I hope you are having a wonderful Friday! Today I a have a project to show you that uses one of the two brand new Scrappy Moms Stamps set from our October release...

I think this might be my FAVORITE image from Teddy Bear Parade, LOL! I thougt this cart was cute from the minute I saw it but there were a few images that just made me absolutely sure that I would have to buy it ASAP and this was one of them. The base layer is from Lacy Labels and I just used the 1.5" Fiskars punch for the circle. The sentiment is from Pick of the Patch, here is the full set -

The second release for October is From the Inside Out.  We have had requests for larger sentiments for the inside of cards - there is the set that has them.  :)

The Scrappy Moms Design Team will have projects using these two sets all week, please stop by and visit!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Terrific Tuesday Challege - My Favorite Things

Hi, everyone!  Thank you for joining me for this weeks TTC with Scrappy Moms Stamps.  This challenge is to use your favorite Cricut Cartrigde (or other favorite papercrafting tool/technique if you don't use Cricut cartridges).

Here is my project...

I used my *New* favorite cartridge - Teddy Bear Parade!  If you haven't seen it yet I recommend checking it out - it's got sooooo many cute images.  :)

The card base is from Lacy Labels (another of my favorites).  I cut the polka dot paper slightly smaller than the base but somehow managed to cut it a little crooked but you get the idea.

I never have any get well cards on hand so I decided to make my bear into a funny little get well card.  The sentiment on the front is from SMS Furry Friends and the one on the inside is from Sweet Somethings.

Please come and join us and link a project with your favorite thing for a chance to win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice.

Introducing Goosebumps and an End of Summer Sale!

It's that time again - we are introducing a new Scrappy Moms Stamps set.... Goosebumps!

Here is my 1st project from this set -

Can you guess what it is?

It's a lollipop holder/bookmark.... LOL!  You might have guess from previous posts that we like book marks around my house so I figured if I was going to make my kiddos lollipop holds I didn't want them to just get thrown away after the lollipop was gone.  As you can see in the top picture, it can be used as a cute bookmark after.  :)

I cut a 2.25"  by  8" piece of cardstock and folded it at 3.25" to form the pocket. I embossed the top part above the pocket with my spiderweb Cuddlebug folder and then put a strip of ATG tape along both sides of the pocket.  The little vampire birdie is from 3 Birds on Parade and I made the little tag by punching both ends of a strip of white cardstock with my Fiskars Upper Crest border punch.

The sentiment is from Goosebumps, here is a picture of the full set...

I will have more project from Goosebumps all this week - as will our Scrappy Moms Stamps Design Team (see my side bar) - so please stop by again!

AND we are saying Goodbye to summer (well, not really here is Arizona -LOL) with an End of Summer Free Shipping sale!  From today (9/7) thru Sunday 9/16 all orders will have FREE SHIPPING. :)

Thank you so much for visiting me today - have a wonderful weekend!

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Shape Up!

Hi everyone - I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day!  :)

This weeks TTC at Scrappy Moms Stamps is a "Shape" challenge.  Here is my project...

I really had fun with this cut - it's super easy and I think it turned out cute!  This is the watermelon from Simply Charmed.  I hid the face layer so that I could use a Peachy Keen Princess Faces stamp.  I welded two of the base layers together to make the dark green card base.

I added a little Honeydew Twine and a small gem in the center of the bow for a little bling.  "Once in a Melon" is from SMS The Charmed Life stamp set.

I hope you enjoyed my card and that you will come join us and create your one "Shape" project!

Have a wonderful week!

Terrific Tuesday Challenge - Back to School

It's that time again - Back to School!  Here in AZ our kiddos go back by the beginning of August - some as early as the end of July.  I guess they figure that it's so darn hot the kids might as well be in an air-conditioned school all day.  LOL

For our Terrific Tuesday Challenge this week we want to see your Back to School related projects.  Here's mine...

It's a dry erase board - a teacher gift that I made for both my girls teachers.  I included a dry erase pen - not shown - that way they can use it right away!  I used ruler print ribbon (that I've had in my stash forever!) to make the bow.  The tag shape is from Once Upon a Princess - I just made the one slightly larger for the shadow. "Just a Note" is from Scrappy Moms Stamps The Charmed Life set.  For the A,B,C blocks at the bottom I used SMS Alphabet Soup stamp set and Alphabet Soup die.  I used the die to cut 2 layers - one of cardboard and one of cardstock so they would be sturdy.  I masked off the numbers on the stamps so that only the letters would stamp.  I use hot glue to adhere everything to the black 5x7 picture frame (from Target).

I hope you enjoyed my project for today - come join us and link up your Back to School project for a chance to win a Scrappy Moms Stamps set of your choice!
